3Heritage Trail and Canal Path Loop

Beginning on Fall Hill Avenue, the Heritage Trail and Canal Path Loop is divided on two parts. The first part is the Canal path which is a paved pathway from Fall Hill Avenue to Princess Anne Street. The second is the Heritage Trial which is a asphalt stretch.
The trail was developed in order to connect the two parts of the Rappahannock Canal Path offering a pleasant walkway, in the center of Fredericksburg and align Old Mill Park, with scenic views of the Rappahannock River.
